The Bloukrans Bridge, which stands 216 meters above the river below, is located on the lovely Garden Route, just outside Plettenberg Bay. You can bungee jump here, which will gradually increase your heart rate and blood flow. The men from Face Adrenalin are an adrenaline junkie’s dream come true.

As you fall silently down to the immaculate shoreline below, take in the breath-taking vistas across the Atlantic Ocean and the city bowl to Table Mountain.

A must-do Cape Town custom is to walk up Lion’s Head at sunrise, sunset, or during a full moon. You have to climb one of the city’s rocky rooftops to truly understand it. Unlike Table Mountain, Lions Head is a trek that can be done under the moonlight and requires a lot less physical effort.
Take it a step further and use Fly Cape Town Paragliding to get your heart racing and paraglide off it on a bright morning. The closest you can go to being able to fly like a bird is this.

An award-winning walking tour is the greatest way to experience Johannesburg in the twenty-first century, including its street art, boutiques, and culinary locations.
