International Arrival

If you are arriving internationally, you will first need to fly into Entebbe International Airport, which is located near the capital city of Kampala. Many international airlines offer flights to Entebbe from various destinations.


Domestic Flight

From Entebbe, you can take a domestic flight to either Kasese Airstrip or Semuliki Airstrip. These airstrips are the closest airports to Semuliki National Park. Several domestic airlines provide scheduled flights between Entebbe and these airstrips. The flight duration is typically around 1-2 hours, depending on the airline and the routing.


Road Travel

If you prefer to travel by road, you can hire a private vehicle or use public transportation from Kampala or other major towns. The most common route is to travel from Kampala to Fort Portal, a journey of approximately 5-6 hours by road. From Fort Portal, you can continue by road to Semuliki National Park, which takes about 1-2 hours.
