7 Days Best of Kenya Safari

The greatest safari to experience Kenyan wildlife is the 7-day Best of Kenya Adventure Safari, which offers you the chance to view all five of the country’s species. You will visit Amboseli National Park, Lake Nakuru National Park, and Masai Mara National Park during this 7-day Best of Kenya Adventure Safari, where you may go game viewing, bird watching, and optional community visits. Day by day

DAY 01:  Pick up and transfer to Amboseli National Park

You will drive to Amboseli National Park this morning after breakfast at your Nairobi hotel or from the airport. This park is well-known for its large population of elephants that roam the expansive grasslands, the Big Five, and the breathtaking views of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain, among other flora and fauna. After arriving in the afternoon, you will settle into your lodge, eat a hearty lunch, unwind, and then go on a wildlife drive in the park to look for late grazers. The trip will end with a sundowner.

DAY 02: Game drives in Amboseli National Park

Two game drives are included in the full day in Amboseli National Park. This enormous lake bed, which is frequently dry but occasionally marshy, is traversed by car. We have a lot of wildlife here, including herds of elephants, giraffes, gazelles, buffalo, and cheetahs, all against the breathtaking backdrop of beautiful Mount Kilimanjaro in all its splendor. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to visit a Masai village to learn about their culture and way of life.

DAY 03: Drive to Lake Nakuru National Park

Following breakfast at the Lodge, you will drive to Lake Nakuru National Park and go on an en route game drive. You will make a quick lunch stop in Nairobi. Numerous animals can be found in Lake Nakuru National Park, such as lions, buffalos, hippos, waterbucks, warthogs, baboons, the endangered Rothschild’s giraffes, which are only found in this park in Kenya, white rhinos, and the rare black rhinos, which are protected and guarded here. Leopards are also frequently seen sleeping on the branches of the magnificent yellow-barked acacias. Come for a game drive in the late afternoon.

DAY 04: Drive to Masai Mara National Reserve

Drive to the renowned Masai Mara National Reserve, which is the setting for “the greatest wildlife spectacle on earth,” which is the yearly migration of more than a million wildebeest, following breakfast and a briefing from your driver guide. Get to your camp in time for lunch. Take a safari in the most visited reserve in Kenya for the afternoon. Return to the lodge in time for supper and campfire cocktails.

DAY 05: Mara National Reserve

Your two days will be spent on safari in Africa’s richest wildlife viewing arena. The Mara has historically been home to Kenya’s largest herds of elephants and lion prides. In addition to spotted hyenas, cheetahs, and leopards, the Mara River is home to large Nile crocodiles and fat hippo pods.

DAY 06: Game viewing and optional balloon ride in Masai Mara National Park

At an additional cost, take advantage of the chance to fly over the Mara in a hot air balloon. A champagne brunch in the wild is included in the balloon package! Seeing a lot of game afloat in a balloon is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, if you have the funds. Or, for an additional fee, go to a Masai village and learn about their culture.

DAY 07: Departure

After breakfast at the Camp, bid farewell to the Masai Mara as you embark on your journey back to Nairobi. Return to Nairobi by driving down the Great Rift Valley, passing Mount Longonot, the dormant volcano, and the lakes Elementeita and Naivasha. Head up the escarpment and watch for gazelle and giraffe populations. Early in the afternoon, you will land in Nairobi, the vibrant capital of Kenya. Spend time shopping at the last minute. Lunch is your own arrangements
Make your way to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi in time for your flight out. Your 7-Day Best of Kenya Adventure Safari will come to an end here, so bid Africa farewell until the next time.
