One can schedule a gorilla trek and a gorilla habituation experience throughout these four days of trekking. You can choose to embark on a typical trip with many gorilla groups in the Rushaga/Nkuringo sectors of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, since Habituation is conducted between these two areas. Day by day

DAY 01:  Pick up from Kigali Airport/Hotel to start your 4 Day Gorilla Habituation and Trekking Through Kigali

You will be picked up from Kigali International Airport or any hotel in Kigali to begin your journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park with our 4-day Gorilla Habituation and Trekking Through Kigali. The trip is incredibly picturesque, with opportunities for photography and sightseeing. After crossing into Uganda at the Katuna or Chanika borders, you spend the night in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park after making a stop at Kabale town in Katuna or Kisoro in Chanika.

DAY 02: Gorilla Habituation in Bwindi

You will drive to the park headquarters for a gorilla habituation briefing after an early morning breakfast at the Lodge. After reviewing mountain gorilla etiquette, your guide will take you to the habituation site. Gorilla habituation requires fitness and effort. Since gorillas are unhabituated and will act wild and run away, habitatation can take half or the whole day. Until you approach a gorilla family, your guide will talk about trees, birds, and other forest animals. You will have four hours to photograph and observe mountain gorillas during their daily routines, then return to the park headquarters to pick up your certificates, eat, and sleep at your lodge.

DAY 03: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi

After breakfast and your packed lunch, walk to the park headquarters for a gorilla trekking briefing. You’ll be taken to your gorilla family’s beginning place after your guide explains mountain gorilla safety. Your gorilla family will match your interests, fitness, and age. Tell your guide your interests and he’ll request the gorilla family you want before walking in the bush. Fitness is needed for gorilla trekking. Gorilla trekking takes 30 minutes to three quarters of a day since gorilla locations are unpredictable. Until you approach a gorilla family, your guide will talk about trees, birds, and other forest animals. You’ll have one hour to photograph and observe mountain gorillas in their daily routines before walking back to the park headquarters to pick up your certificates, have supper, and sleep at your lodge.

DAY 04: After breakfast, you will drive back to Kigali Airport for your international Flight out.
