Day by day

DAY 01: Pick up from Kigali and drive to Bwindi National Park.

Our knowledgeable guide will pick you up from the airport or guest house and take you to Bwindi National Park to begin your three-day bwindi gorilla safari. You will traverse the Kyanika/Katuna border to enter Uganda. You will go through the Kigezi slopes, which are distinguished by their undulating slopes and picturesque valleys. After that, you will spend the night in the lodge.

DAY 02: Gorilla habituation experience in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

To begin your habituation experience with mountain gorillas, you will have to get up early for breakfast and then go to the park headquarters to join other guests for a briefing on what to do and what not to do. Following the briefing, researchers and guides will lead you on your forest hike. You will have the opportunity to see a variety of birds, other creatures, and primates throughout the forest during the trip. After you locate the gorillas, you will spend four hours with them. Additionally, you will have the chance to see and listen to researchers as they habituate gorillas. If you are able, you will be asked to help by gathering samples and naming group members. After that, spend the night and dinner at the lodge.

DAY 03: Drive to Kigali Airport
